So he was gone before he got a turn 2 (all on Normal btw) I think it's a different fight against Kadex they are talking about. On his turn, he 'ported to the stairs behind Vakir bud did nothing else - the only reinforcements i was seeing were the plaguebearers and i just focused Kadex - was kinda relieved i went home with no injuries and no 3 dead knights, haha Originally posted by Groggy:I didnt even know there was an reinforcements aspect - i took the default squad, tried my best to take as little dmg as i went up to the doors (cos i thought it would transfer any health loss over, not the case though thankfully) and when looking over the abilities of Kadax, i was like 'oh ♥♥♥♥, im gna get stomped' - he didnt even touch me /shrug - after he 'ported in and sent a knight to the other side of the map, i was able to Crit him and disable the reflective dmg ability off him, then when he split, i was positioned well enuf to allow me to shoot and remove his images. After noticing that reloading always gave me my r9 chaplain, I made sure to critically wound him before this fight and it was exactly Brother Strom, Iolanthus and Thule in the order of the barracks - every single time. You will always get the top left slot (highest rank) first and then the one right next to it and so on. What I do know is that the order you get the knights in is fixed and depends on the position in the barracks. I mean, there is nothing you can do about that after the trigger for this mission is hit. The rest of my knights were wounded at the time the mission started.Īll knights wounded would be a campaign loss, if this turns out to be true. For me, my reinforcements were all my low level knights(3-4) no matter how many times I restarted the mission. Also, are your knights wounded? I think you only get reinforcements that are not wounded. Originally posted by Morphic:I think it takes ~4 turns before you start getting reinforcements.
